Ashley Dougan who won his swimming scholarship with the University of New Orleans last summer had an excellent meeting at the 2009 Sun Belt Conference Swimming and Diving Championships held in Nashvillee,Tennessee. The Conference is the pinnacle of the University Swim meets for the Southern States of the USA, from Florida through to Texas.

A large team from GCSC competed at the Gloucestershire County Championships held at Hutton Moor - Weston Super Mare 31 Jan to 1 Feb.

Representatives from the Luke Jeffery Trust recently visited one of the Sunday evening training sessions.
